Dr. Abbott saw my mother post ER visit for injuries resulting from a fall. She was very helpful in explaining the injuries and recovery. She ordered in home PT and home health to aid in Mom's recovery. Dr. Abbott is always very professional, caring and kind. She Is a wonderful & knowledgeable doctor.

Due to supply shortages I needed to go to lab for A1C. They did not have the order yet and said I needed to go back and get it. Thought they could have made a phone call.

I really like Dr. Abbott! She takes her time, and really listens to one's concerns. Never rushes and cares about you as a patient. She is very thorough with her exams.

This visit seemed more rushed than normal. She walked in, said my A1c came back down, blood pressure looked good, talked about a procedure that I knew my insurance didn't cover, but she put in the referral anyway. Then the visit was over. I don't even think I saw her for a whole 10 mins.I got a call confirming that the procedure she recommends is not covered by my insurance, now they want me on an insulin pump because I am so insulin resistant. I don't know how that is going to work either. Her office called me to inform me that my referral was denied. And they will look into the pump situation.

This was a great visit! There always seems to be a long wait time after seeing the doctor to get any necessary shots for my kids well checks but other than that no complaints.

This doctor is the very best on this team. She is so thoughtful in advance of my visit. I see her ever 6 months. And this visit is not rushed in anyway. She always answers questions completely. I would highly recommend her.

My son had a fever the day prior. I did not get a call back from the doctor about advice on caring for him but did get a call requiring him to get a covid test to see if I could go to my appointment. I was frustrated no one even asked how he was doing and was frustrated that the results would impact my appointment, since vaccinated doctors should not be concerned. At the appointment, I brought up a couple concerns that seemed to be kind of brushed off, which I have never experienced with this provider. It was noticeable enough that I didn't even bring up all my issues

I was on time for my appointment. The medical assistant called me back within about 5 minutes. She did all she needed to do and said the Dr would be in shortly. About 5 minutes later the MA opened the door and said it was going to be a while longer for the doctor to see me. She said a patient came late for an appointment and they were squeezing her in. I waited about 25 minutes more. I think late patients should have to reschedule and not mess up the doctor's or other patient's schedule. The "on time" patients should not be penalized for the ones who are late.

Dr. Abbott is friendly and very approachable for questions and concerns. I never feel like she is judgemental about my weight or other issues. I only feel encouraged to seek healthy options for eating and staying healthy. I appreciate the fact that she was willing to refer me to a specialist for a health issue she felt was beyond her expertise.

She was a little late getting to the appt. Bu normally she is pretty on time. She listened to my concerns and questions. I have been seeing her for over a Decemberade. I like the majority of people in this office.

When I contacted my doctor she initially told me to make an appointment with my GI doctor. I could not get in to see my GI doc. for 3 months. Made appt. with PA for 6 weeks away. I called my doctor to let her know it would be 6 weeks before I could get in. Dr. Abbott found time in her schedule the next week to see me.
