If I could give more stars I would! Dr Hilger and his staff are so professional and respectful. I have had two surgeries now with Dr Hilger and I couldn't be happier, I wouldn't go with anyone else! Dr Hilger is so friendly and down to earth and makes the whole process very easy. I had no concerns and didn't feel nervous at all about the procedures as I knew I was in good hands. He takes the time to discuss your care and options with you and always makes sure all of your questions are answered. Not to mention he does amazing work and I love the results. Both times had me in tears I was so happy! His staff is also amazing, I have to give a shout out to Meg who helped me with rescheduling my procedure and was a life saver! She was so helpful and kind!

After tentatively selecting Dr. Hilger to perform my Rhinoplasty, I read as many reviews as I could find regarding his prior work. While most reviews were stellar, there were a few less than gracious comments which left me a bit uncertain. Still, I met with him and discussed the procedure. From the outset, Dr. Hilger addressed my concerns, set expectations for the procedure and willingly answered my questions. His professional demeaner and unparalleled experience provided me confidence in proceeding. I'm glad I did am extremely satisfied with the end result!

Dr. Hilger is incredibly thorough in his explanations and recommendations. He provides ample time and patience for answering questions and discussing options.

Dr. Hilger and his team are very professional, yet make you feel very comfortable. They way he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it is very scientific and normally I would quit listening bc it was over my head, but he has a way of keeping me engaged and helping me understand how the body will react to any procedure. He always explains why and what he will do and how the body will react and the steps the body will go through in the healing process.

My experience with Doctor Hilger and his staff was exemplary. The procedure was fairly straight forward. My results were exactly what I expected and what I wanted. My face and neck look great.

Dr Hilger was very thorough with my request for a revision on my nose. I wish I would of found him first to do my rhinoplasty…. A wonderful doctor!

Dr Peter Hilgers performed a front flap on my nose that included forming a nose from my forehead. He did an amazing job.. the procedure is hardly noticeable and feels great. Dr Hilgers always takes all the time I need to answer my questions and give me confidence. This is the 3rd plastic surgery he has done on my face for skin cancer and all of them ( although large) are hardly noticeable. I have the utmost confidence in him. I wish there were more than 5 starts....

Dr Hilger was very good about communicating with us and did a great follow up. His performance on surgery was also very good. We are still working with Dr Hilger to complete moms skin pocket on her face. We will keep in touch with Dr Hilger office.

Dr. Hilger and his staff were welcoming and kind. They did a thorough job of explaining my procedure and answering questions. Although it has been just a week since my surgery, I am pleased with the results and would not hesitate recommending Dr. Hilger to others.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Dr Hilger and his team! Warm, welcoming, professional, highly knowledgeable, thorough. Dr Hilger and Dr Nellis took the time to really ask and understand what I needed, and explained everything very well. Dr Hilger is a phenomenal surgeon. I would hands down, 10/10 recommend Dr Hilger, Dr Nellis, and the rest of the wonderful team at the Hilger Clinic!

Dr. Hilger is the most compassionate doctor anyone will ever find. He takes his time with me, speaks so that I can understand, relays pros and cons with choices. His staff are all fantastic and makes you feel welcome to the clinic. They are quick to follow up with questions that a patient may have and offer suggestions to the path going forward. My Plastic surgeon recommended Dr. Higler as someone that she would go to for facial improvements!

Dr. Hilger has so much knowledge and experience. I was looking forward to having some facial rejuvenation done in February 2021 but unfortunately life threw me a curve ball so had to be postponed. I am hopeful it will be possible to have that work done sometime in the near future. His office staff is great and a pleasure to communicate with. A 5-star experience all the way around!
