I think Dr. Kollefrath is a very nice doctor, extremely nice. This is my second visit with him and he's so wonderful after I have Dr. Coplin for 15 years. So, I'm very happy with him. He's very personable. He understands the problems and he listens, and, I mean, I just... I'm thrilled. I'm very happy with him right now. We continue until, you know, he will be my doctor for whatever. I think he's a great doctor to the community. Thank you.

On my first visit, Dr. Kollefrath knew my history and had spoken with previous specialists I had seen. He took plenty of time to address my concerns and to become knowledgeable about me. He was clear and thorough in his explanations. I will certainly recommend him.

It was my first visit with this doctor. He listened actively to what I was saying and, as a result, made an observation that may lead to progress on something that has bothered me for months. He was thorough and I was very pleased with the visit.

When I first came to see Dr. Kollefrath a little over a year ago, I was 68 years old, about 60 pounds overweight, just had an experience with DVT That landed me in the emergency room, had high blood pressure, had high cholesterol and when I met him, he said do, you want to fix all of these things? I said heck yes. He introduced me to a whole food plant-based diet. He motivated me for a year to continue on. I turned my wife onto him and she also has done the diet. I've lost 45 pounds, lowered my cholesterol, lowered my blood pressure, feel fantastic, and I am a devotee of Dr. Kollefrath. When I see friends, They invariably say, you look fantastic, what have you been doing? I tell them about Cedars-Sinai and Dr. Kollefrath. It is mine blowing what Cedars has done for me. As the eminent cardiologist and past president of the American College of cardiology, Dr. Kim Williams, said, "I don't mind dying, I just don't want it to be my fault." Let's put that on a T-shirt!

Excellent physician/pharmacist. . . warm yet efficient (while remaining thorough--super hard to achieve). They radiate positive vibrations and appear to love their job--also hard to achieve in today's healthcare environment. So happy to have them as my providers.

My Dr Matthew is the best doctor I ever had and I am 81 yrs old. He listens, does not rush you, if he does not know answer to your question... he will find out and let you know. You can tell that he really cares about your health. Great knowledge and bedside manner.

The provider was very adamant about continuing with decisions of previous PCP that were very detrimental to my health. Was not open to listening to what issues I am having and was also forgetful about what was decided in previous visits.

She was excellent. He took the time to talk to me, come up with solutions, and he referred me to some other doctors, which I really appreciated. I'm very excited to be his patients and I haven't felt like this was a doctor for many years. So thank you very much.

Yes, I would like to talk about the medication. I would like to talk about the medications, the medications. I have now, from CVS... so, I have tried those medicines before, but I like to talk with my PCP.

Dr. Kollefrath was excellent. My first, I had a video conference with him. As my first impression spent plenty of time with me and seem generally genuinely on the case and involved in concern with my case. So fantastic. Fantastic experience and good guy, too. Okay. Bye.

This is the first provider in the 20 or more years I have been at Cedars who has suggested my getting counseling to deal with death, depression, fears and emotions resulting from my medical condition and age. He said he would put me in contact with a suitable counselor.

My my visit with Kollefrath and his team was one of the best visits I've ever had, how to doctor's office,they were thorough and understanding my situation, help me greatly understand my situation better, help me to understand the value of understanding what needs to be a diabetic and and help me tremendously with getting my numbers in a place where I can have a longer life and I appreciate that greatly.
