Dr. Elsa Isak, was an excellent listener and totally open to my questions and concerns. Her professional demeanor and knowledge base helped me understand my condition and feel comfortable and relaxed as gynecology exams have been extremely stressful for me over the years. I was satisfied with the coloration of treatment planning to alleviate my problem.

Dr. Isak has exceptional bedside manner. Every visit with her feels like I'm in the room with a long-term and good friend.
I felt confident and encouraged throughout my pregnancy. I didn't feel judged. I felt informed. All of my questions were answered. And I look forward to working with her for another pregnancy if I become pregnant for the last time.

Dr. Isak is a ray of sunshine. Very personable which made me feel comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and will take her time to explain things to you. I did not feel rusher. Will definitely come back to her soon.

She connected very well with me and gave me assurance of my anxieties.
She even asked how my family is doing and asked how my son was. Throughout my nine months of hospital visits, no one asked how my son was although he was delivered by the same group of OBGY team.

I transferred to NW partway through this pregnancy, and Dr. Isak came into our first appointment having already read through all the notes / familiarized herself with where I was at, so we could just hit the ground running. Her approach is very balanced - giving advice without being pushy, sharing all options for how to proceed in a given scenario, etc. And as a bonus, she’s also very friendly! Her warmth immediately put me at ease and affirmed that I’d made the right choice to switch to NW.

Dr Isak is absolutely fabulous! I feel so comfortable with her; her knowledge base is very astute. She makes sure you know exactly what's going on with your concerns and she welcomes questions! NM should make sure to keep her around!
