Elizabeth always greets me with a smile on her face which makes me feel comfortable going in to the procedure. Elizabeth always asks if I need anything before she starts the procedure and during the procedure she checks in with me a couple times which is always reassuring. She continuously and carefully does a thorough job each time and I love the results I see from doing micro needling with her! Elizabeth is such a great aesthetician and I highly recommend anyone going to Monarch, to see her!

I had such a great experience at Dr. Kavali’s office!! It was my first time getting fillers and Anna made me feel so comfortable and at ease. We talked about what areas I wanted to focus on and discussed options. I never felt pressured to go outside my budget comfort zone either. They are very transparent with pricing and I truly appreciated that! The warmth I felt in this office and from the staff is unmatched. I highly recommend seeing Anna!

Surgery date is 6/8/23 and I am so excited! Dr. Kavali and ALL the staff have been so wonderful to work with. Every single step has been explained and I know exactly what to expect. Even though I have not had surgery yet, this has been an excellent experience!

Dr. Kavali is an absolutely phenomenal plastic surgeon. She is incredibly thorough during the evaluation process and listens & address any concerns you may have. She takes her time with each and every patient. I’ve never felt rushed during my appointments. Her staff is warm and approachable. From the moment you walk in the door, you’re politely greeted and treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Kavali is highly experienced and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. If you’re looking for phenomenal results, meticulous attention is detail, and a plastic surgeon you can trust, look no further. Dr. Kavali is the best in Atlanta.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Kavali and her practice! Everyone is beyond kind and helpful! I am so thrilled about the outcome of my breast reduction and lift. It is a night and day difference! Everything looks so good and natural! My back problems and arm numbness/weakness is already subsiding as well! I cannot recommend this practice and Dr Kavali enough!!! She will definitely be my go to for any future cosmetic needs!

Walked in undecided about fillers. I've had successful Botox before that did the job & certainly improved my appearance & consequently, my confidence. After a chat with staff & Dr.Kavali I shed my inhibitions and went ahead with the fillers. Shazam! Promising results!

By far the best experience! It was my first time in the office and every single staff member makes you feel so welcomed. I saw Ashley for my injectable’s. She was incredibly thorough and started me off gradually and we have a plan for increasing during my next visit. Then I had an amazing consultation with an esthetician, Elizabeth. She put together a skin regimen and I can already tell such a huge difference in my skin. I can’t wait to come back for my services with her. Top notch office! To top it off, Jackie rocks and helps me with all my questions!

Let me tell you about this doctor and her staff…the BEST of the BEST! I recently had a mommy make over and although I encountered some minor complications (which happens, especially with me) they exceeded my every expectation! Dr Kavali answered her phone EVERY SINGLE TIME I needed her and reached out to me on several occasions over the weekend. The staff is ALWAYS professional and if they don’t know the answer to my question, they are quick to find out. This mama got her “me” back and I’m forever grateful! I highly recommend them and look forward to my future endeavors with them.

Dr. Kavali Rocks! 12 Nov 2019 Customer service and personal attention are an obvious attribute of Dr. Kavali's office. Jackie is a complete doll and provided me all the answers I needed prior to my consultation. I came to Dr. Kavali after visiting 8 (yes 8!) other Plastic Surgeons. I had a previous operation earlier in the year that left me with a staph infection and a "botched" outcome. I made a promise to myself that I WOULD NOT settle while in search for a new PS. I was excited to consult with my first female PS. Dr. Kavali, not only listened to my past experience and what I wanted to achieve but, she actually "heard" me. I appreciated Dr. Kavali's compassion, sincerity, and confidence. I knew I was in the right place when my husband nudged me halfway through the appointment (when Dr. K had her back turned) and said schedule the appointment :)! So... I scheduled surgery and then all the "what if's" came flooding back bc of my past experience. That's when sweet, sweet Stephanie came aboard. Stephanie did my pre-op and would also be in the OR for my surgery. Stephanie was/is amazing, she answered and explained everything (until I completely understood and was comfortable). Dr. Kavali, not only delivered on what she said she would do - she did for me what all 8 other PS said could not be done! I will forever be thankful that Dr. Kavali was able to close the chapter in my life so that I may get back to living!!! Forever Thankful, S

My consultation went really great. Office staff was on point with my patient forms. I didn’t have to wait to be taken back to get started on my visit. Dr. Kavali came in with a big smile introduced herself to my husband and I which made our first impression off to a good start! She explained the whole procedure with such confidence and didn’t seem to just rush out of our room. She put us at ease answered all of our questions about having my breast reduction surgery. The Surgery Coordinator went through our financial proposal throughly with us. My husband and I decided to schedule my surgery before I left!! Everything we wanted in a surgeon was checked off our list!!

Theres no way that I can provide a review comparable to the work, time and effort put in by Dr Kavali and her staff. I was a woman on a mission with more than 100 pounds to lose and knew I would have to face several surgeries to accomplish. I was too large to exercise so with phase one I was off to get down enough to have some minimal lipo to make me more mobile. Accomplished with Dr Kavlai. Then off for 9 to 12 months lost about 80 pounds through eating clean and exercising and then back to Dr Kavali for a tummy tuck. She removed almost 12 pounds of empty fat free skin. Every dollar spent, every nerve that was cut and grew back together, every second of pain or discomfort was totally worth it. Would not hesitate to have her do any kind of work on me that is required again. Her staff is just as knowledgeable, polite, courteous, plain helpful and genuine. In 3 year period I have a new life. Take your time, partner with Dr Kavali and her team. You CAN achieve miraculous results.
