Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The doctor was able to see me same day. He spent more time with me than my last 4 doctors visit c9mbined because of his concerns.

I appreciate the kind nature of Dr. Douglas and the time spent in the office did not feel rushed. He took time to explore aspects of my symptoms as well as my options in treatment. We discussed and agreed on how to proceed.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Douglas and his nurse was very nice and made me feel comfortable enough to open up about my medical history. I’ve seen a lot of doctors for certain health issues and one appointment with Dr. Douglas and he gave me direct answers I needed. I will definitely be back for more primary care needs!

Dr Douglas is a great PCP. I’m so glad I found him. He always takes an incredible amount of time, is very knowledgeable and includes me in decision making. It’s hard to find physicians like him nowadays.

I’ve always had extreme anxiety about dr visits. I didn’t feel that way during this visit, and I really think it had a ton to do with the bedside manner of the staff and Dr. Douglas. The interaction with Dr. Douglas was great; he listened and asked helpful questions. It was a good conversation about my life, health, and family history. Happy to have a primary physician for basically the first time in my adult life.
