Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Douglas was running a bit behind while helping another patient and made sure his team contacted me to let me know, as well as provided options for calling me when he was available so I wasn’t kept waiting. Once he arrived, Dr. Douglas was very helpful and empathetic while I explained the issues I’ve been having. He provides great care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, it was a great visit.

Doc is excellent. Takes plenty of time to listen and answer questions. Never felt rushed to get in and out.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Douglas is amazing. He is very careful at listening as to what is going on with me. He is great with answering all of my questions. He answers all of my messages and is great at taking care of my Health. At my job I have access to going to other doctors, but I choose to go out of my way to see Dr. Douglas and I plan on seeing him until he retires.

Nothing, Dr. Douglas is amazing. I’ll never change that.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Douglas is very thorough and attentive. So far l have never felt rushed through an exam. He even cares about your personal well-being. He provides a care that is not the norm. I hpoe that never changes. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a great doctor.

Dr. Douglas is amazing especially when it comes to my health. None of the other doctors could help me the way he has I am so glad I switched my care to BJC.

Dr Douglas is so wonderful at listening, making sure all questions are answered, helping make decisions, and having a very calm demeanor so you do not feel rushed. He is thorough and I trust his care/advice.

Dr Kyler Douglas is an empathetic, professional physician, with excellent listening and communication skills. At my age, I have seen many physicians over the years and I would recommend Dr Douglas with no reservation, he is one of the BEST!
