Dr Douglas and staff are excellent in providing above and beyond the standard of care.They represent the epitome of healthcare.Dr Douglas is the best doctor I've ever had he listens to my concerns and addresses all of them .He's extremely intelligent in all aspects of healthcare he leads by example .His staff also go above and beyond in their care .As a nurse of 35 years at Bjc mo bap they set the bar high in what do !!!! They need to be recognized for the service and BJC mission they do everyday Thank you for my great care as your patient

The physician was excellent and I hope this will be the beginning of a long term doctor/patient relationship. I was highly impressed with the doctos skill and knowledge and most importantly he listenimg to me. I never felt rushed.

The doctor took hour & half to examine & interview [patient] & myself as it was a double appointment. He has hearing loss & I interpret. Not rushed at all but I think he gave up his lunchtime to take care of us. Such a dear.

My first visit with Dr. Douglas was very positive. I liked how thorough the doctor was and how he listened very well to my health concerns/ questions. He was proactive regarding scheduling a test to access the current status or progression of a health issue, with intention to recommend if seeing a specialist is needed.

Dr. Douglas is the first doctor I’ve ever actually looked forward to seeing. He is outstanding in every respect. He takes the time to listen, offers a range of solutions and is highly knowledgeable in them, and thoroughly and clearly covers the pros and cons of each. The staff is also very personable and professional. My experiences with Dr. Douglas and this office have been the best I’ve ever had with the medical community.
