Dr. Howland is a very kind and caring person and listened very carefully to my concerns. He also explained in very clear details exactly what steps I need to take to clear up my problem. I really did appreciate the manner in which he handled my situation.

I was able to get in to the office in 2 weeks. Dr Doug was extremely gentle while scoping my nose and seemed concerned I would be as comfortable as possible. He did a good job explaining next steps. He had good humor and was likeable.

My appointment was for 11:40.
I was to arrive at 11:25.
Was there even earlier as I live close to 2 hours away yet I was not taken to an exam room until AFTER 12.
No explanation yet from time taken back was in and out in 15 minutes.
Dr Howland was great listener and even better explaining and understanding what my end goal was.
With his help I feel like we might reach it.

Dr H was awesome and I appreciated him listening to my concerns and getting me all set up for my next appt. It feels good to be heard and cared for.
