Dorothy definitely made the appointment very productive. The discussion was very holistic and she was aware of my most recent treatments, including those outside of Hopkins, which made the conversation very worthwhile. As a result, when we discussed the results of my most recent scan, she looked beyond just the status of my bladder to cancer to touch on the other findings to make sure I understood the diagnosis and verify that it was something I was already addressing. I appreciate her obvious wide-ranging knowledge and insights she was able to provide.

Dorothy was clear, thorough, and structured in how she explained my diagnosis, risk category, and treatment options. She took time to walk through recurrence and progression rates and answered detailed questions thoughtfully. I appreciated her willingness to discuss both BCG and Gem/Doce transparently and to emphasize shared decision-making.

Good conversation about test results. She recommended getting a urinalysis due to symptoms I was having. Acted on this and was diagnosed with a UTI.

I'm in the bladder cancer monitoring program with Dorothy. I like the program because it gives me an easy way to communicate any concerns I might have related to my cancer. Dorothy Is very responsive to any concerns or questions that I might have. The monitoring program seems more proactive to me. It allows me to discuss strategies and good practices for fighting cancer and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a patient, it gives me a sense of having a team supporting me and guiding me in my quest to remain cancer free.

I had two UTI's back to back. Then a possible 3rd. Test was negative. Dr. Dorothy went outside the box and provided a me to calming med. So far . So best.
