The provider was remarkably committed to understanding the patient (my adult son), his limitations, his abilities, and the goals of his care. My son has complex needs. The provider spent all the necessary time to grasp the wide range of issues. The provider let me help guide his thinking about what level of intervention was appropriate. The provider seems very medically competent, yet patient (and kind) about explaining medical options.
