The NP hadn't looked at my info ahead of time. Read the technician's report to me & didn't explain until I asked. Derided me on not keeping records of blood pressure which were outside of what I was informed before. Talked at rather than with.

Nurse Rowley was excellent. She spent over 30 minutes with me, answered all my questions, listened attentively, explained her treatment recommendations and arranged a follow up call to be sure treatment was working.
