I have been blessed to have Dr. Cross as my primary physician! She listens intently to my concerns and offers sound medical support and advice. When she seems it necessary, Dr. Cross orders lab work. The wonderful thing about this is that I can complete the tests right there at the office. Also, [staff], Dr. Cross' nurse, is just as wonderful. In addition, I do have to mention the receptionists are equally as professional and caring. I can not ask for a better group of exceptional people. I am truly satisfied with everyone at this location!

Dr.Cross has always been great . My wife and I both go to her and she's been nothing but a great support and very informative with planning our health journey and goals. My wife and I are praying for Dr.Cross to have a healthy baby herself. Dr. Cross is very kind and I'm sure she'll clothe her new family with love as Colossians 3:14 states.

Dr. Cross is a kind, patient informative doctor. She explains and listens to you. She is truly the best doctor I ever had. If I could I would assign my kids to her and have my whole family be under her care. She's is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Cross always takes the time to ensure that I understand what she is talking about, how it applies to me and what the plan is moving forward. She also listens to me and asks probing questions in a way that seems like she really cares what I'm saying. She also comes in and the time spent during my appointment is focused on me which I appreciate because I know how other patients, staffing, etc.can be distracting.
