Dr Cook was very informative in not only showing me the various hearing aides and also explained the pros and cons of each. Then, he patiently answered my many questions before allowing me to decide on my selection without pushing me to toward a particular type.

I purchased new hearing aids and Dr Cook was very detailed in showing me how to operate the aids and gave me the confidence that if I had a problem I just need to bring them back for repair due to the warranty which is way better than the warranty I received with my other two previous sets of aids.

Dr. Cook was very nice, but not very professional. All he talked about were his health issues, and how bad he felt.

He was very thorough but in the interview asking why I was there. He was thorough in examining me and with administering the hearing testing. Then proceeded to explain everything that was identified in a manner that I was able to understand and then stated possible solutions for my level of hearing loss. I left there very positive of the examination and what happens next. Mr. Cook is an excellent audiologist and very courteous and treated me professionally.
