im having issues after surgery and it seems like it's taking forever to get a response and get tests ordered. I have one referral for end of month and waiting for CT test to be scheduled. I have no followup appt. I'm in physical therapy and not able to even do that much do to not being able to walk very good and leg pain. surgery was 6 weeks ago and my walking is the same as before surgery.

I had my second spinal fusion with Dr Cannestra and they were very quick to get me in and taken care of. They have an awesome beside manner and are very knowledgeable and professional.

Better process of communicating with patients when appointments are rescheduled. I made an appointment 2 months ago and at some point during that 2 months my appointment was pushed back to later in the day and I was not informed at all. No email, no phone call, nothing. I had to call the office line and speak with someone to find out what was going on. This was an issue before as well. I understand doctors offices are busy, but patients have lives and days and schedules as well. When adjusting is needed, patients should be notified.

Reduce the amount of time to get an appointment to see a doctor. Long wait times can be frustrating.

Go back to in person visits - I've met the doctor that did my surgery one time face to face and that was the day of surgery - since surgery I have had no follow up with him but his partner.

Had many problems on communications. Never getting a return call. Not getting a follow up on x-ray after received. Could not get prescription filled and no follow up on that.

I literally saw my Dr one time and that was on the morning of my surgery. He never came by the following days of my surgery while I was hospitalized.. My follow ups have been with NP Dean over the phone. This is a huge major surgery and requires more than a phone call. I am still in PAIN and nobody will listen to me, nobody will help, nor address the issue. SOMETHING is wrong if they feel I shouldn't be in pain anymore but yet I am..
