Dr. Valentino was very courteous, has always made time, managed to fit my mom in his schedule. His staff likewise have always treated us with the utmost respect and we are very grateful for the courtesy we've been extended. Thank you.

Dr. Valentino was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly and was incredibly thorough throughout my visit. He took his time, never rushed, and truly listened to my concerns. His patience and the amount of time he spent going over my treatment plan made me feel heard, supported, and confident in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Valentino to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.

Dr.Valentino spent more time with us than any Dr. ever has.Has ordered many tests before starting new meds. Reassured us of helping and explained why all orders were necessary. I am so thankful we found him.

I liked that Dr. Valentino explain the risk if I didn't follow with the Speech Therapy. So I already have an appointment for it. I really like the way he greets u, specially welcoming u back. Focusing on doing everything n always thinking positive.

Yes, hello. I had the appointment with Dr. Valentino. I just want to say his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. And my son came with me and every question that he asked, Dr. Valentino gave very significant answers. And I just enjoy the office and I will always be a patient, I hope, of his. I waited almost an hour before seeing the doctor. My appointment was at 3:30 pm. I arrived there at 3:20. By 4:00, I was still in the waiting room without anyone explaining the delay. I went up to the counter and asked if they forgot about me ... they said no. About 5 minutes later, the medical assistant directed to the inner waiting room in without explaining why there was such a long delay. I then waiting another 20-25 minutes before the doctor came in. He apologized, but that type of delay, especially when no one from the staff provides an update, is unacceptable.

The Individual checking me in became distressed when I told her I was unable to sit in the waiting room chairs as would not be able to get out of them so I would have to return to my vehicle to sit and wait and she would have to call me to come in when they were ready to take me to the exam room, upon discharge and making a follow-up appointment she once again told me to take a seat. Please get some higher seating for you waiting room.

Yes, my experience at the office was somewhat okay. There was one lady that was very friendly. She took care of the process of getting my records from my other doctor, and I apologize, I don't remember her name. I had her email address, and I'm trying to find it now, but in any case, she was very friendly, very nice. to go to another office because I had lost my blue jacket and I called for three days and a couple people I spoke to were very unfriendly and I don't feel comfortable going to that office in Mullica Hill. So if he has another office that those women don't go to, then I would prefer to transfer to another office. I'd like to keep him as a doctor. I understand people have bad days, good days,

Great experience! This is my third sleep doctor. Dr. Valentino showed more interest in my well being. He followed up after changes were made. He will get back to me in two weeks. I never had this happen to me before in my care plan. Unfortunately, I will contact the office, this new mask is not working for me. I will discuss with staff next week. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Valentino, he is a new provider for me. My wait time was short, and the Dr. very informative. Together we came up with a clear and thoughtful action plan for my continued health. The entire staff created a caring and supportive environment , which made the visit even better. Highly recommend!

That you would do something to improve the access to the general public to the office of the provider the access for the elevators from the parking lot to the doctors office or not generally convenient to the older patients. Thank you.
