Everyone was great except the woman at check out. Unfortunately I couldn't get a name but she was maybe in her 50s, white with light hair. She seemed irritated that I was "bothering" her by checking out and refused to print documents from my last appt.

Dr. Peterson has been my PCP for many years. I understand she will be retiring sometime in the coming year. I'm going to miss her. It will be hard for me to find a comparable replacement ! Thanks Dr. Peterson, for taking such good care of me, over the years.

Physician took as much time as needed to ensure my meds were filled and that everything was explained. She explained blood test results and recommended meds based on those results. Excellent care.

I was left in the waiting room for an extended period of time - apparently the front desk forgot to note that I had arrived 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. My doctor apologized for the issue - not certain what happened, but I hope that doesn't happen again. I am a long-term patient of my physician and am glad that she is now part of Virtua Primary Care.

The young man that took my blood pressure and did my preliminary was very, very adept. He did the right thing. I appreciated him and I think he did an excellent job. Thank you.

These surveys are unnecessary and tell me your organization is too worried about your marketing department. It is so unnecessary. I have been Dr Peterson's patient for about 25 years. If she wasn't a great doctor, I wouldn't be seeing her.

The service was very prompt and on time. It was very thorough. The doctor knew my history and included me in my plan of care. I felt like I left there understanding because things were explained very clearly to me.

I just wanted to say I think Dr. Peterson is a great doctor. She's very thorough and I never feel rushed when I see her. She really spends a good amount of time with me and I really couldn't ask for anything more. So I'm really happy with her and I'm glad that she's my doctor again.

Dr. Peterson is a caring, compassionate person. I have been seeing her since she was in a group practice on 3rd Street, in Moorestown. She has always listened, thoroughly, to all of my concerns, and has provided complete follow through on every medical issue I've had. I have complete confidence in her, and appreciate the fact that she works with me on an issue I may have had, until it's completely resolved.

Dr. Dolores Peterson has been my PCP for over a year now. She is pleasant, listens intently, documents things that pertain to my family, and personal health history, is extremely knowledgeable about many health disciplines and prescription drug interactions that pertain to my care, and entertains ALL of my questions, allowing me to make informed decisions about my health care. I, truly, appreciate her insights, and would highly recommend Dr. Peterson! The staff there are also, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating!
