I was seen for followup on an ulcer in my mouth. It wasn't completely healed, so she set up another followup which I appreciated. Additionally, she checked my ears and the right one was plugged with wax. She attempted to remove it without success, so she told me some things to try at home.

I have struggled with the previous two ENT providers we have seen at this location. They did not listen and I was ready to switch locations. She was a positive experience and she really listened. We found the underlining cause for the issues my son had been suffering from.

I’m very unhappy with the service after my appointment. I assumed I would be contacted the next day to have a CT scan scheduled and after a week I still haven’t heard anything
