Rebecca is knowledgeable, personable, and masterful when it comes to patient interactions. She listens closely, explains information in plain language and never makes me feel rushed. I was really impressed during this visit when Rebecca referenced concerns I'd had in my previous visit and how successful the treatment plan had been in addressing these concerns. In other words, It feels like we have a relationship rather than a disparate interactions and this leads to continuity of care rather than starting from scratch at each visit. I feel very fortunate to have her as one of my care providers. She's an asset to SLHS.

NP Doane was caring, thoughtful, on-time, and explained everything in detail to ensure I understood my problem and the plan for my way forward. I felt very at-ease with her and will highly recommend her if anyone asks for an ENT care provider.
