Rebecca is willing to discuss and explain options and seems to follow good logic and guidelines. She is attentive and handles the scope well explaining her findings. Staff is good.

Rebecca Doane is absolutely AWESOME. She not only listens carefully to what I tell her, but explains what she sees and also shows me photos to further explain what she sees and is telling me. I feel that she respects what I am telling her and does the very best to help me.

Rebecca is wonderful she is so through and informative. I was very impressed with her. She attended to all my symptoms as they were very important to her!!

Rebecca is knowledgeable, personable, and masterful when it comes to patient interactions. She listens closely, explains information in plain language and never makes me feel rushed. I was really impressed during this visit when Rebecca referenced concerns I'd had in my previous visit and how successful the treatment plan had been in addressing these concerns. In other words, It feels like we have a relationship rather than a disparate interactions and this leads to continuity of care rather than starting from scratch at each visit. I feel very fortunate to have her as one of my care providers. She's an asset to SLHS.

NP Doane was caring, thoughtful, on-time, and explained everything in detail to ensure I understood my problem and the plan for my way forward. I felt very at-ease with her and will highly recommend her if anyone asks for an ENT care provider.
