PA Dizes is very considerate and treats me like I’m a valuable part of my treatment plan. He listens and gives options until we reach a plan that works well.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I have been under PA Dizes care for approximately 20 years following him to multiple locations. He is an outstanding medical practitioner and always goes over all my lab work explaining to me any items I need to be concerned about. Under his care my diabetes is under control and my blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides are well within acceptable levels. I can not praise his care of my health any higher.
