I really feel comfortable with discussing my problems or concerns with PA Dizes. He always understands , cares and listens to me. I feel better and confident with my treatment plan when I leave the office.

Dr Dizes is a very caring professional! He seems to treat his patients with utmost respect and care. I don't feel like just a number as his patient. Je treats me like he really cares about my health and well being.

Physician Assistant was excellent!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
He took the time to assess what tests were needed to get the right answer. Lab and X-Ray were also very efficient. Much appreciated.

I couldn't ask for anyone better than Dr. Dizes He always that puts me at ease, even when explaining difficult diagnosis. I have faith in the care that he provides, and that is the best anyone could ask for.

Each staff very professional and each department always give a very clear explanation, always helpful in explaining my concerns. PA Dizes always listen to my concerns, take time, I can leave his office knowing he cares about me as a patient

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I have been under PA Dizes care for approximately 20 years following him to multiple locations. He is an outstanding medical practitioner and always goes over all my lab work explaining to me any items I need to be concerned about. Under his care my diabetes is under control and my blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides are well within acceptable levels. I can not praise his care of my health any higher.
