PA Dizes knows me as a person - incredible bedside manner, even remembered my last job in uniform!! Also, he wouldn't let me leave without swabbing my nose -- thank goodness!! Discovered I had Influenza-A and was viable for Tamiflu...I am a new person much faster than I anticipated. We make a good team.

PA Dizes is thoughtful and knows me and my history so well. That impacts his decisions about me. One of his best qualities is he keeps me running, literally, and doesn't look at my age alone as a reason to slow down.

Staff was friendly, courteous and thorough. PA Dizes listened to my medical concern which helped us come to a plan going forward. PA Dizes reviewed my history and requested required test to further investigate to determine my issues. The entire staff was excellent and provided printouts of my referrals and contact numbers. Very happy with my entire visit and left the office without any doubts that I received excellent service. Thank you!
