I wish it had been made clear from the beginning of the appointment that the provider only does day appointments. I spent an hour sharing hard things only to find out that she does not do evening appointments. She only works until 3:00pm. As a teacher , I can only do after 4pm appointments. Reliving ugly stuff or things you are struggling with for an hour, only to find out the provider cannot accommodate you is disappointing in the least. Please, in the future, tell patients the counselors hours beforehand. I'm really feeling discouraged and disappointed with this situation. I have never had an experience like this with counselors in the past, or with my current Virtua physicians.

Doctor Dipal was wonderful! She was very kind and understanding with my issues. She made me feel comfortable when I was speaking to her and helped me look at a few things , even about myself that I hadn't thought of before. Looking forward to see Doc Dipal again!

Hello, my provider was very, very nice, very understanding, listened to everything I had to say, had very professional and adequate input to help me focus on some of the things that we were discussing. I found her to be very good at what she did, her questions were relevant to what we were dealing with. So I found the meeting to be very beneficial. Thank you.

Hi, my experience with the provider, I felt very comfortable in a very positive atmos. I definitely can't wait to see her again to just explore more. And the not so great responses I gave her was because we really didn't get to that as far as my medication and things like that. We talked about it a little bit, but I think she was just more interested in my personal life thus far. And we kind of ran over a little bit because I was yapping and I can't wait to see her again. Thank you.

I've only had one visit with this doctor, so I really think it was too early to evaluate her. But so far, I liked my first visit and will continue, but I would have really rather evaluated after at least three visits.

Dipal gave detailed advice and direction in response to my expressed anxiety feelings that I brought with me to my appointment as she always does. Her response brought out from me more clear feelings and what I should do about them.

Since it was my first interview, it was more difficult to analyze challenging situations, but the interview was very interesting. I'm very grateful to the psychologist for trying to understand, in broad strokes, a peak in my situation. Thank you very much.

I recently lost my husband, May 17, 2025. She's a grief counselor, therapist. And she was very kind, very understanding. And she made me feel very comfortable. So I would rate her a 10. You can tell that she's a good therapist and she knows what she's doing. And what made me feel better was she explained to me that what I'm experiencing is normal. and other things that I might experience. And then she listened to me and what I was going through. So I appreciate her. And I like her. I give her a 10.

Dipal seems very knowledgeable and able to provide me in a good , right direction. Nothing happens overnight, I'm looking forward to communicating with her more . I have so much to talk about but basically keeping it about my marriage and my health which are the main, basic thing I need to deal with. Both things right now are very difficult to handle

I had an excellent first session with Dipal Willoughby. She started with a structured interview that, at the appropriate time, became more conversational. She listened to what I said, and shared information with me.

I am appreciative of the time we had together. However, I CANNOT keep the May 14th appointment as I will be attending my granddaughter's college graduation in NY. I am not able to reschedule at this time as I am financially challenged and do not have the money for co-pays. Thank you for your understanding.
