I have only had one office visit with Dr. Sharma and it was a first patient establishment visit. During the course of that visit I pointed to a prior device check report done by my prior care provider (not at NCH). I pointed out to Dr. Sharma that the report indicated that the [ ] was not turned on. He immediately had a device tech come in to the office and do a device check and turn on the low battery warning feature. This device tech was Jessica and she was excellent ----- explained many things, good information which should have been given to me 5 yrs ago by my prior provider (not NCH).
