Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Dimitroff was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt rushed. His manner made me relaxed. He answered all my questions.
What could have been done to improve your experience?

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Dimitroff was very attentive and he answered all of my questions. He gave me advice regarding my medical condition and discussed my upcoming medical procedure and how to prepare for the procedure. Everyone in Dr. Dimitroff's office was very kind to me and they made sure that I was very comfortable during my visit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can't think of anything that could have been done to improve my visit.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Dimitroff was EXCELLENT!! This was my first visit with him. I was a little apprehensive having to see a new doctor, but my anxiety quickly disappeared after meeting and talking to Dr Dimitroff!! He is extremely sensitive, compassionate, kind and a great listener. He demonstrates excellence in the care he provides!! I have already referred two of my friends to Dr Dimitroff!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Dimitroff was very easy to talk to and very timely on getting a schedule setup but due to a personal circumstance a brother passing away I had to reschedule my planned schedule.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The doctor was outstanding in finding ways to correct my health issue. Hw made me feel like I was his only patient and he was focused on correcting my medical issue.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I followed Dr Dimitroff from a different care group because I think that he is an excellent doctor and a very good listener. I had to travel a much longer distance just to see him at BJC but I feel that it was certainly worth it because he is such an excellent doctor. He has always been terrific with me. I will certainly try to schedule any future endo or colonoscopy procedures or any other digestive issues with him because I think that he is that excellent. Driving the extra distance is worth the trip.

It was extraordinary. You are lucky to have Dr. Dimitroff. I have been seeing him for 30 years.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr's nurse was very polite and efficient. Thought very highly of Dr. He listened to what I had to say and took it seriously. He was also very kind and compassionate, which is very important to me at my age. Recommend him 10 out of 10

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My doctor saw me very close to my appointment time. He listened and read the material I wrote up to describe my symptoms. He took the time to listen, talk and make recommendations on identifying how we can arrive at finding the symptoms to my bowel issues. I’m a new patient and I was very happy with him and his concern for my visit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes Doctor Dimitroff was great! Made us feel so comfortable, explained things so we could understand what is wrong with the patient and took the time to read patients chart to know what's going on with him. His nurse was super great also. Very nice and welcoming, very helpful.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly over the phone and in person. A refreshing experience as so many people seem overworked & disgruntled,

Nothing this was the best experience I have had in a long time.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was a first appointment with Dr Dimitroff, following up after a hospital stay for an acute condition and some concerning test results. Dr Dimitroff answered all of our questions, explained the concerns and involved us in the decisions about follow up care. He did not rush through the appointment, he really took the time to be sure we understood everything we had talked about.
