I asked for Cindy based on a visit my wife had with her previously. She is everything that you would like to have, knowledgeable, good listener, Good communicator and overall someone who just gives you confidence that they know what they're doing, care about you and are willing to let you be a part of your care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
All staff members & nurse practitioner were extremely courteous, & informative, never felt rushed. Felt very comfortable.

Nothing. It was excellent.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I waited over an hour from my appointment time to finally see my care giver. I hope that doesn’t happen again.

Staff and Cynthia were all good and Cynthia spent as much time as necessary to cover several things

All were excellent and very professional. They took great care of me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can’t think of a thing that could have made my experience any better. They were all wonderful. I will continue seeing Cynthia Dicus in the future.

Cynthia was great. She immediately recognized a problem and called the doctor who had just done my surgery. She then called the er and gave them an update as to me coming in.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Cindy ranks number 1 in my book! She is a good listener and evaluates what you tell her. She does not jump to conclusions from a few notes made by the nurse, but with prompts and questions ascertains what my exact problem is. She never rushes me nor seems hurried or checks her e-mail while I'm explaining my problem. She never stands with one foot out the door while she diagnosis my problem. She listens, questions, and evaluates based on what I tell her and my history. Her caring concern makes me comfortable and I am able to talk freely about my problems.
