The dr didn't even sit down in the room, quickly told me I was doing great and continue what I am doing

Yes, I'd like to make a comment on the EKG person. She was very rushed and because of that I was rushed and my blood pressure was higher than normal. I think just doing things slower and a little bit more accurately, it would have been a better visit with the EKG. Thank you.

It was initially difficult to schedule an appt over the phone. I want appraised initially that the cardiologist I wanted wasn't accepting new patients. I had to press/key in I was a medical professional to just get through to a live person. As a new patient I had questions before I would contemplate using online for scheduling. Could use some improvement.

Concerning symptoms led to my nephrologist recommending my seeing a cardiologist for evaluation. A stress test is to be scheduled.

It was my first visit with Dr. Zanger. She seemed very nice. They did keep me waiting for 45 or 50 minutes, which I'm a busy business person. I thought that was horrible. And I had called several times. I called the office several times and nobody, prior to my visit, and nobody ever had the courtesy of calling me back. So I was not happy with customer service at the front desk.

Dr Zanger is very knowledgeable in the cardiac field.I have been a patient of hers for many years and wouldn't think of changing my doctor. She is kind, understanding and competent , She is just what a patient needs in a doctor .

After almost 4 years from my last visit, I expected to spend more time with the provider to discuss other small issues but she seemed to be in a hurry.

I arrived too early because I travel on access link .... They graciously took me in within 5 minutes ...Doctor Zanger ordered blood work & had my blood drawn in room as opposed to the lab ... The friendliest , most accommodating office (staff & Doctor) that I have been going to for 10 years... I always recommend this Doctor & her staff

Dr. Zanger is easy to talk to, she listens to my concerns and discusses ways we can alleviate them. She is also proactive in helping to determine if my blood pressure is truly in need of medication. I appreciate her honest dialogue and plans to address my health concerns

It's ridiculous to have to wait an hour and half past my appointment time to actually see the doctor. Has happened virtually with every visit.

I had to wait for her two hours. She was late two hours and nobody called me that I shouldn't show up nine o'clock in the morning. When she saw me it was eleven. Thank you. Bye.

I had an emergency that I...I wanted to see her right away. I did not have a regular appointment with her at this time. And she... they saw me in the office really right in the middle of the lunch time, sort of. They squeezed me in and I had a significantly long visit. And it was, you know, comprehensive and extremely good. And I am very pleased with this... this doctor at all times.

As a new patient, I understand the wait time can be long; but I arrived early and already completed all of the new patient forms/questionnaires yet my wait time to see the doctor was over 30 minutes. Additionally, with all of the time waiting, it appears no one looked at my chart or medical history to understand why I was there and my very recent surgeries and concerns. It seemed as if I was rushed through the visit by the Dr. and simply was told to lose weight to feel better. I'm sorry, but with the number of misdiagnosed conditions that occur for women like me, that simply was not enough. I would have greatly appreciated the doctor looking through my chart and having more discussion about what I've been feeling to better understand the state of my health and why tests may have shown to be abnormal.

This Dr was dismissive and rude. I was quite taken back by her attitude. I wanted at least 2 months for this appt and she was 1 hour and 15 mins late in seeing me. No apology. She was clearly annoyed that I was an easy patient and she didn't want to review any of my real concerns.

She is a great doctor, who explains everything in an easy to understand manner. She is warm and caring. She is one of the best doctors I've had.
