Yes, it would help if the front desk staff is a little more professional, waiting to do paperwork and taking care of the person in front of them and then get back to the paperwork. Also, it would help if the physician or a medical professional would knock before they enter the room so that it doesn't startle the patient.

She made me feel so comfortable that I could share with her some of the things that I have been going through and she was very understanding and took her time to be with me to explain everything and make sure I understood what she was explaining to me and how everything was going to go. She was very, very positive about my situation.

ICU & PT wings were amazing. 2nd floor Med/Surg 2E/W was a mess. It was hit or miss when the call button would be answered. Sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes. Seemed like an eternity when you have to lifted out of bed to use the bathroom. The staff were nice, but clearly struggling to get anything done, or rushing around to dole out meds at designated times so they could sprint to the next fire awaiting them. To a degree this might be punctuated in my mind due to the exquisite care received in the ICU which makes the comparison more apparent. Also the construction right outside the window was unfortunate but unavoidable. Overall it was a pretty good experience, and the staff are all very nice.

Diane is the consummate professional with a great personality. Every visit and checkup is a great opportunity to learn more about my physical condition and health.

I've never once had a problem with this whole office full of people and the doctor they're always very nice very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I speak to

I'm extremely happy with the care that I've received from the transplant team. I'm always treated with respect and kindness when I'm there and they always seem to know my history and everything. I have recommended that office to other people.

The staff was very courteous in Tom's River. However, I couldn't find the office by mistake. I went to the left instead of it being to the right. There should be a sign, I guess, to indicate that you guys are there or open. The, I was about to say the waitress, the staff, the receptionist, that's the word I'm looking for, she came out and found me. So that was very, very helpful on her behalf. She was very courteous, very thorough, as well as the doctor. So thank you very much.

A question came up about my legs and Nurse Farrington knew my medical history which was surprising to me. Nurse Farrington always put me at ease.

Diane Farrington saved my life 5 years ago by catching what my previous surgeon failed to diagnose. Dr {redacted} fixed what the previous surgeon butchered and restored my trust in doctors. I feel at ease for my upcoming surgery and to see the doctor again. Truly amazing staff and Doctor whom i have full trust in

This is the caregiver for [PHI] and that doctor is like one of the greatest ones we ever visited. Besides her main doctor, she's the next doctor I mean, actually they're pretty equal. They're just very great, very attentive and observant and good memory. I can't say anything better, really. It's no words can say.
