Dr. Benz was a superlative representative of your clinic. In addition to her professional knowledge, she was thoughtful and caring. I especially appreciated that she gave me time to finish my thoughts when I was trying to formulate questions about this, my first step in getting needed hearing aids. She has a personable manner, which I found pleasant and reassuring. After my appointment, when I was setting up another for a six-month checkup, I made certain that it would be with her.
