Dr. Benz was a superlative representative of your clinic. In addition to her professional knowledge, she was thoughtful and caring. I especially appreciated that she gave me time to finish my thoughts when I was trying to formulate questions about this, my first step in getting needed hearing aids. She has a personable manner, which I found pleasant and reassuring. After my appointment, when I was setting up another for a six-month checkup, I made certain that it would be with her.

She is so sweet. She makes sure that you can hear before you leave and that you were hooked up to your phone or whatever device you need to be hooked up to make sure you’re hearing aids are working well.

Diane made me feel comfortable from the time we met. I had never had an audiology appt before so I didn't know what to expect. She explained everything very thoroughly and went over results at the end of the appt in a caring and easy to understand way. She was great and made me feel calm and reassured.
