Diane Young is [staff]'s PA. After identifying that I had a post voiding amount of 135cc she contacted [staff] and it was decide to keep my suprapubic cath inplace for another 2 weeks. Diane provided me with an appointment in 2 weeks to reassess my status. I felt very reassured by this on the spot collaboration.

Dr. Diana Young was very professional, respectful, and kind. She was patient and explained things in a way that a person without a medical background could understand. She was compassionate when delivering difficult information. I also noticed that she reviewed my health records from five years ago so she could compare them to my current condition. She is a very thorough and caring doctor.
