Dr Vitale was very professional and kind. She seems to be knowledgable on women's health. The only negative was not able to get an appointment sooner. I had to wait for 4 months to be seen.

The staff are friendly & the wait time was incredibly efficient. My mother and sister both go to Dr. Diana Vitale, both have mentioned she is incredibly smart & friendly. She was definitely welcoming & incredible at explaining things for a first timer.

could improve on the staffing courtesy of the receptionist. They're not very welcoming and inviting at all. I don't think they're so pleasant.

Waited quite a while in the office. Also, when calling I did need to call a few times to get an ultrasound prescription sent to another facility

She took her time and explained everything to me after I explained to her what I was feeling and what I was going through. Dr. Vitale explained everything to me, and I follow her directions, so I am very happy with her.

I was very happy with everything. Going in, I was nervous because I had to switch from the doctor I had been using for years. Dr. Vitale made me feel comfortable immediately and eased all of my concerns. I will definitely be going back to her.

I've only been with Dr. Vitale for about two years but I regret not going to her when I started going to an OBGYN. She is incredibly calm, has wonderful bedside manner, and truly cares about my health. I couldn't be more happy with her as my provider.

What was done really well was the timing. I didn't have to wait long at all. The people who worked at the office were just slightly a little cold, like very much straight to business, which was great, but also kind of daunting when you're visiting a doctor about, like for a very personal and vulnerable thing as gynecology. So pretty cold. in a sense, there wasn't much bedside manner in a way. I also felt that since I look younger, am younger, I wasn't treated in a way that was, I was treated in a way slightly condescending, but yeah, just slightly condescending, that's it.
