Dr. Dhillon is informative and realistic in managing patient expectations. I was scared because RFA is a painful procedure, but she explained each step as she performed it and took her time throughout the process. She gave me breaks when the pain became intense. I did not expect the procedure to be as painful as it was, but she and [staff] took great care of me and made me feel supported throughout the experience.

I had a very good visit with Dr. Dhillon she took the time to listen, she asked pertinent questions, very engaging with me as patient and is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. Dr. Dhillon is very professional and a very engaging doctor we need more doctors like her. Oh, I didn't feel rushed my during my visit.

Dr. Dhillon was pleasant and very knowledgeable about my condition. She explained the problem in understandable language, asking often if I had any questions. She laid out the choices of treatment and had print outs at the front desk as I was leaving. Dr. Dhillon was very thorough, knowledgeable and supportive.

I had rescheduled my appointment multiple times due to family emergencies. As a result I got the time mixed up and showed up to the appointment late. The provider made time to still see me which I really appreciated since I was taking time off work.

I have seen six different doctors in the last year to try and get some answers about my thyroid. Dr. Dhillon was by far the most thoughtful and thorough. She had read everything I had sent before we met. She asked great questions. She was strategic. Most important, she really listened to me. I wish she could be my doctor for everything.
