I think Terry needs to be recognized for what she does. She makes me feel as a person not just as someone that has walk in the door so please try to find more Terry divines.

More than I expected and very pleased with giving me more information

Teri was consumed with her upset over the recent move and confusion at the new location. She openly complained about another patient being allowed to check-in late and when I attempted to share that it may be because of the confusion on their new location, she said "that's not my problem". Very unprofessional. I felt the whole appt was not what I hoped for and I'll be finding a new provider.
