Dr Bhasin is an amazing provider. She always sits down and listens to our concerns and I feel like our appts are always thorough. We have never felt rushed at any appt no matter how busy the office is.

My doctor is very good at listening and gets back with me almost immediately with any concerns I have (outside of appointment). I can tell she really cares about her patients and works hard for them daily.

Even though my doctor wasn't able to pinpoint my diagnosis, she was about to help clear up some things and refer me to someone that could give me a better understanding of my illness.

She took time to really listen and ask me questions and make sure I was comfortable with the plan. I was able to ask all my questions without feeling rushed. Best visit in a long time. The nurse was awesome as well.

Dr. Bhasin Was and has been fantastic. She takes the extra time to call and inform me of what is going on with my treatment plan, including putting me at ease. I'm a patient for life with her.

Dr. Devin Bashin was very pleasant, seem to have been knowledgeable and detailed facts about my type cysts. My son, a registered nurse, who accompanied me was very pleased with her "bedside manners".

Dr Bhasim did an excellent job explaining the issues around by condition, she also went a step further and provided me with a referral to a cardiologist based on my medical records and issues.

The experience I had was good. The only problem I had was my hearing aids weren't working and I couldn't hear her with the mask on. I had my daughter with me and she had no problems talking to the doctor. She was able to explain to me what she said.

Great bedside mannerism; she listened intently to my description of my symptoms, made sure I understood the process for diagnosis/findings/treatment & the steps needed to take to get there.

Dr communicated results of the CT Scan in an email which I was not able to understand. I only got to talk to doctor for 10 minutes or less. The message with the results should have been communicated in person or over the phone

Dr. Bhasin was exceptional. she had a clear plan of action for my care and explained it in a way that instilled a great deal of confidence in both her and Piedmont. I honestly don't think I could be in better hands. This also extends to the rest of the staff. Everyone was wonderful.
