Dr Toledo did not know my medical history because this was my first visit. He took his time and listened to my concerns and medical history.

Hi, I just liked how he listened to me and I felt like he cared about me and I did recommend him to other people. I liked him a lot and that says a lot because I usually don't like doctors and I really did like them. Thank you.

The medical assistant that I've had several times is always so sweet. Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she has a great way of making you feel comfortable.

Minimum wait, checked in by Madison, had a conversation with Dr Toledo. Thanked Dr for ordering my Vitamin D2. He listened to my complaints and examined my slightly swollen left ankle. Always a pleasant visit with this office. Received a follow up call from Madison concerning the United Healthcare Insurance approval for Vitamin D2. She will follow up.

The staff at check in were condescending, I am a senior that can advocate for myself but I think others might not.They made me feel like I was lying about my co-pay, I don't have a copay for my regular doctor never did,still don't,only to my specialist DRs.the lovely person checking me in told me I should call my insurance company and have it out with them,I asked why?she gave me a dirty look.Must be a change of staffing, I still don't understand her concern.

Going to see a doctor ranks high on my list of things I NEVER want to do. Because of this, I haven't seen a doctor in approximately 10 years. This alone left me apprehensive about my visit. Dr. Toledo could not have been more kind and, both he and his office staff, made me comfortable. I left feeling most impressed with the care and attention I received from Dr Toledo, as well as impressed by how well the office is run. I.e., little wait time before seeing the doctor, virtual conference with nurse care manager who set up procedure appointments for me.

Coming off of a HORRIBLE experience with another health care group in town (quite literally couldn't get them to respond to a message via phone or app for FIVE MONTHS) I was dreading a similar experience coming into my first visit. Dr. Toledo couldn't have been more opposite of that. He took the time to understand my frustrations, ask questions, and even joke around a bit. Truly renewed my faith in health care. Even the front desk staff was so kind! I can't even describe the relief I feel moving toward with Virtua. Thank you for caring!

Dr. Toledo is absolutely wonderful and truly one of a kind. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and created an environment where I felt completely comfortable sharing my full medical history without any fear of judgment. He meticulously worked through each and every one of my concerns, ensuring nothing was overlooked all without ever making me feel rushed or like just another name on a schedule. .
