Dr. Toledo was very knowledgeable, very helpful, caring, patient. He let me ask questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt like I had plenty of time to think about the things I wanted to ask and not be rushed through it like you normally do. So yeah, he was great. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. So thank you.

The staff is very efficient and shows concern. Dr Toledo is welcoming and is always ready to listen, suggest alternative ideas and confirms details of your visit prior to your leaving.

Dr. Toledo and the staff at Virtula are top tier. I drive an hour to visit this office just to see them. I never have to wait more than a minute after I check in. The doctor has saved my life on a couple occasions and they're wonderful.

I was taken in to see the doctor at my exact appointment time. Dr. Toledo asked very good questions. And his staff is very professional. I lost one of my hearing aides and his staff found it in the parking lot.They walked from the office to the car and found it about 40 feet from the car.

The visit was to discuss the chosen option of cryoablation on my right kidney.Dr Toledo quietly listened. The lesion was spotted weeks ago during a MRI of spine. Thanks, Dr Toledo.
