I am recovering from brain surgery and I feel that Dr Detwieler listens to my concerns about my care and has his staff follow up with me when needed.

Provider Detweiler was thorough in his assessment & delivery of communication, however the assistant nurse can be is bit more culturally sensitive to how it is perceived in the manner of her communication style. This patient did point out how ineffective about the delivery of communication style.

The Dr was very patient and listened to all of my complaints. After examining my hips and back he thought the best care would be to start with physical therapy and see how i felt after that. I readily agreed with his decision.

It would have been better to be seen in person for this issue. I don't want to go to the ED because it is not a true emergency but I would like things addressed quicker than this.
