This was a WOW experience. I was 15 early and I was seen right away. I was on my way home by my original appt. time. When does that Ever happen in a doctor's office?

The provider assumed I was there for an injection, however, I was there to discuss other options which had been suggested by the person who answered my message in My chart in which I asked the question of what I could do for my left knee. If I had known there weren't other options, I would not have made that appointment as I already knew I could not get an injection.

My post op total hip replacement has been awful. I am experiencing symptoms which I sent to [REDACTED], had a nurse respond and asked how I was treating my pain. That wasn't the question that I had asked. [REDACTED] did call me on Friday, Aug 21st apologizing that nobody got back to me. She asked me to schedule an appointment with her the week after to xray my quad and knee. When I went in for my appointment, they only took an xray of my hip. [REDACTED] wasn't even in the day of my appointment and Des informed me that she thinks I have tendinitis on inside of knee. Not sure how she could even diagnosed that. Was informed to hold therapy to 1x per week, walk around house, and stop the stationary bike at 5wks post op. I am seeing Dr [REDACTED] for my 6 wk post op 9/9 and will address with him

I found the staff to be really excellent. They were very interested in my care, asked appropriate questions, listened for my responses, and discussed what my care was. They listened to my questions, responded, and helped me make decisions. They were really excellent.

The PA was not interested in being professional. My legs are very swollen &left leg very broken out. I asked what I could do about the rash or swelling, all she said was "elevate." I am elevating & will do it more but I expected more than a one word answer over & over. Especially about the rash. She seemed too young to work in this professional position.

My experience on 1/21/2026 was so impressive from start to finish. My PA was extremely knowledgeable about my case and allowed me to voice all of my concerns. I particularly liked that I was handed a hard copy of my drug list ; plus sending all my scripts to Walgreens and Starbuck pharmacy for my post opt. pain-free speedy recovery.
