Short waits! Very knowledgeable people that work there and the Doctor, PA’s and nurses are all very nice and listens to your problems and complaints!!! Also includes you in decision making!

I felt that I finally found a heart specialist that took the time to give me a complete explanation of how my cardiovascular system is doing. She explained things in very easy to understand language. I had some concerns about medication that was previously prescribed by another doctor. She gave me my options and I never felt pressured. I look forward to working with this team!

I met with D Howley yesterday and was impressed with the level of detail and time that she spent explaining to me the results of my test. I find the care and individual attention is first rate. This is in a setting outside a large hospital medical center.

They are both very personable and easy to talk to. The office staff whom I encounter are also very efficient and friendly. As soon as you walk in the door, the staff is very friendly. The wait was not long. And they did come out to others if they had been waiting a while, to tell them it wouldn’t be much longer. Miss Windy made me feel very comfortable as she took my vitals. Miss Desiree was very professional and got right down to business. She also was very compassionate as she made sure I understood everything.

I was very impressed by the entire staff at Baptist Cardiology. The office is lovely and there is ample free parking just across the street from the building. I was seen promptly and felt that my concerns were taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
