From the Staff/Team to Dr. [last name] and to Desiree Howley, PA-C, I feel so very fortunate to have my care in their skilled hands. When I have my appointments, they address me with professionalism and pride and make me believe I am the only patient they have. Good people, doing Great things at Baptist Heart Specialist. From my first anxious visit to each visit afterwards, is building a life long trust as if were family. Dr. [last name] said in my second appointment that he would be my doctor with each visit, but when I was notified that my future appointments were with Desiree Howley, the PA honestly I initially felt handed off and not feeling good about it, BUT my first encounter with Desiree Howley changed that perception and with each visit the trust grew. I now lay my life and health in her trusting hands and never not once felt that my care was any less than important after that. I can sing her praises along with Dr. [last name] and the entire Team everyday (and I often do), but I think you get my point. Baptist Heart Specialist keep what you're doing, SHINE! and don't live on your successes, build on them. Thank you all!

First, the new location on the second floor of Baptist Nassau truly represents Baptist Heart Specialist in a positive, professional and aesthetic light to the patient. Secondly, I was greeted promptly and everyone was friendly and receptive to me. This really helps to reduce the anxiety for the patient when having to deal with such specialized care. MyChart is awesome! I can access my eMR, schedule appointments and communicate readily and makes for ease of use. Truly appreciate Desiree Howley, PA-C. When I have an appointment, it is comforting and assuring I have someone who listens and is attuned to my specific needs and understands me to navigate a very specific course of action and treatment. Just a super-talented and caring person, whom I come to appreciate and trust.
