I cannot begin to express how great of a doctor Derek Haslem is. I have always felt like I was safe and he had my best interest at heart. He is very caring and compassionate and cares about me as a person. I feel his caring attitude in the care he delivers. Intermountain Healthcare is lucky to have Derek Haslett as a provider, and I'm lucky to have him as a doctor.

I was worried about the time frame because I needed to get home and babysit my grandkids. And both the nurses and the doctor were very very helpful in making sure we got done on time. And being able to spend enough time and answer questions necessary and not take any more time that was necessary. I found the computer very very helpful. It felt like we were speaking one on one and I would love to do that again and save us both a little bit of travel. And I really appreciated Dr. Haslem for setting it up that way. He's a wonderful doctor. He's very good at communicating, communicating on a level where I could understand, very helpful and very professional and yet

He has been so helpful and kind and considerate of me and I would suggest him to be a doctor for anyone that needs help with their cancer problem. Anyway he is the best. Give him a high rating. Bye.

Yes. I think IHC does a great job with all the cancer patients in Southern Utah. I feel like they use all the machinery available, and all the chemo treatments - everything that modern medicine can give us. But they don't use the other forms of healing techniques like naturopathic doctors and herbals, and I've always adhered to natural medications as much as I can. The chemo has left me with a lot of side affects. I was wishing I could have tried something without using the metallic residue that are left behind, leave my fingers and toes numb, and all the others side affects. So, I'd like to see more naturopathic

Dr. Haslem is caring, he is thorough and he always make me feel like I'm his only patient for the whole day. He gives me his time and makes me feel comfortable and important and I love him.

Dr. Derrick Haslem has been my doctor for many years and I think he's great. I wouldn't have anybody else. He's the best. He knows his stuff. He's always helped me to understand. He's got excellent bedside manner. Very compassionate, caring and sensitive to my emotional experience.

He is a wonderful doctor, very caring, and he has been my favorite doctor forever. He's just got a good bedside manner. He spends enough time with you, he answers questions very well, even ones that don't pertain to your cancer. So he's a great doctor, all in all.

Dr. Haslem has been my oncologist since I was diagnosed with cancer in 2010 and he has always given me the very best of care - excellent.

Dr. Haslem is absolutely, hands down, the best oncologist in the area and probably the region. I've been very happy with him.

Dr. Haslem is a really good doctor. He listens and does pay attention when you can get into his office on time. I feel like my time is important too, however I waited and nobody explained to me what took him so long and he did excuse himself for taking so long, but still. I waited 3 hours to get in to see him and I thought that was wrong.

I think that he is one of the best doctors there is, I have been in the medical field 30 years. I have had cancer since 1984. I like him the best out of my doctors.

When I was diagnosed with cancer I chose him to be my oncologist. I feel that my experience going through 2013, I ended up winning the 100 meter and my banner is still hanging up. They treated me as a team.

I am blessed to be my doctor. He is amazing and I have recommended him to others. He's compassionate. Spends a lot of time talking to you, goes into detail. He'll ask you question besides medical records.
