I've never been treated this kindly in a Dr.'s office visit before. I felt very respected and understood. At my age its hard to find a doctor who treats you this way. Thank you.

Dr. Neupert is an amazing doctor. He really makes my mom feel comfortable with him. And Tiffany is awesome with my mom. We love all the staff with Dr. Neupert.

Tiffany the nurse was excellent and so informative as well as understanding of my migraines. Dr.Neupert as well as so understanding and asked specific questions to solve my migraines. To the point.

Tiffany was so wonderful she checked me in and has always been so wonderful and so kind and understanding Dr. Neupert is just a wonderful Dr. listens to everything shows eye contact and shows that he cares about you so very much What he says to you and asked If you agreed to try something different or stay on the same track and how well I'm doing when other doctors don't even take the time to do that unfortunately period He is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend all doctors be like him! Thank you so much for letting me comment about he and his neurology staff somebody needs to know how very very well and very kind and professional And that he knows how to help me with my traumers and really has saved my life to be honest! Please give that man a raise and his entire staff is so unbelievably wonderful!

The staff goes out of their way to help us, and easy to reach. They have worked us in during medical concerns. Dr Neupert has taken so much time explaining different medical issues to us.

The staffs patients and understanding was excellent as I am afraid of doctors and am autistic therefore having meltdowns staff was kind patient and understanding. Dr Neupert and his staff get 5 stars from me.

The services we received were exceptional. We were extremely impressed by Dr. Neupert's thoroughness in scheduling appropriate tests to determine the diagnosis of symptoms. We felt a personal connection in both care and attitude.

Amazing experience at the neurology clinic. Dr. Neupert was so kind and knowledgeable. He addressed my issues and answered my questions. Tiffiny, his medical assistant is the best! She did everything in her power to see that I got the care I needed as soon as possible. She went above and beyond to keep me informed. They are a neurology dream team!

Tiffany was excellent in her care. Dr Neupert went above and beyond any other neurologist I ever had . He made me realize some things about my disease that I only knew how to describe in what made sense to me. He explained what was really going on. That meant so much to me. It meant the world to me that he didn’t rush through and just try to get rid of me like all my previous Doctors.

My original appt was scheduled for August 29th. I was contacted on 8/19 by Tiffany. An appt time on 8/20 was available. Would I be interested in coming then. I was able to do so. My visit was excellent. I felt that both Tiffiny & Dr. Neupert cared about my problem, were very pleasant and answered all of my questions.
