I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Heard. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to my medical issues and he gives very sound medical advice so I can follow up on my medical care. He and his staff are excellent and courteous as well!!

Maybe when students are assisting that the employee should actual do the procedure while the student observe. This will prevent the patient from having to endure doing the procedure several times when a mistake is made the student. Having a mammogram is painful enough by the pressing down the machine without having to repeat it more than one time.

My provider gave me plenty of time to inform him of any complaint or concern. Review my medication, made sure I received my flu shoot. My sure my my medication was forwarded to my pharmacy for refill when needed. Love my doctor.
