When the doctor brought a paper diagram of the lung and went step by step through the Pet scan to show what/where lymph nodes were involved I was amazed! He was so thorough and patient as he explained what is happening, what he thinks a diagnosis may be and my next steps. He saw me as a courtesy at the end of the day before a scheduled time off and I will forever be grateful!

I am an essential worker in the health care field, that feels confident in knowing a good Dr. when I meet them. Dr. Rassias exceeded my expectations. I only wish all of my other physicians were as good as him. His office visit, and communication skills were multi dimensional. He spent time listening to my complicated health history, and all of my concerns regarding the correctional surgical procedure. He reviewed the CT scan, explained the source of my discomfort, how to repair it, and gave me informational paperwork to review for the pre, and post operative procedure. He built the trust in his skills that every patient should feel prior to an intensive surgical procedure.

Dr. Rassias is a most estimable model of a caring physician. I don't use the portal offering to learn results of my latest procedures, but he was thoughtful enough to call me on his volition to provide me the positive biopsy results which was an enormous relief that I greatly appreciated.. He then took more time than I would have expected in our follow up in-person meeting to explain my situation.
