I absolutely love this office. Dr. D. Patterson, was my primary doctor that I originally seen for everything. She is so amazing, patient, knowledgeable and kind. IfI couldn't get an appointment with her , I started seeing doctor [REDACTED], who I have been seeing for the most at this time. He too is awesome and wonderful! When I have to come in for a sick visit, it really don't matter what doctor I am scheduled for. They are all absolutely great! The receptionists, the medical assistance and even the student doctors, oh wonderful! I have recommended all my adult children, friends and a few co-workers to this office.. I love the fact that you never treated or made to feel like your concerns or fears or irrelevant or nonsense. I'm a person that make a checklist when I go to the doctor's office to make sure that all my concerns are remembered. They're always answer and addressed never felt like I'm being rushed out the room, or on a factory assembly line. If I was waiting this office and everyone that works there with a five stars, I will give it ten.

Dr. Denne-Thomas is very professional and thorough. She discusses care plans with her patient before determining the best path. As an informed patient, I value this consultative mode as I am able to agree on an action plan that is feasible.

The staff was very courteous and treated me with respect and care. Dr. Patterson was courteous and informative, as usual. She makes one feel as if you and your care are very important to her. She is genuine and caring, my daughter is her patient also and feels the same way. We need more Caring doctors like Dr. Patterson. Kudos to her!!!

Provider didn't enter room until 8:20/8:25am. That seems to be an extremely long waiting period as the first scheduled patient for 8am.

I love Dr Patterson - the issue I'd with logistics. We were requested back in 2 months, however, there were no available appointments for 5 months out! There is always an issue trying to schedule for necessary visits in finding availability

I just want to thank the entire staff, especially Dr. Patterson. Everyone including the triage to the front desk relayed my messages to the doctor to Dr. Patterson. And I received messages and phone calls and videos from the doctor. And she checked up on me after she prescribed and made sure that if I was feeling okay. I truly appreciate everything that you guys do for me. Great team. Thank you.

Dr. Patterson was extremely flexible and accommodating as usual. So just, you know, just insanely appreciative of, you know, how flexible I was. I was definitely late for the appointment, but she was still kind of on top of everything, made time for me, asking really good questions and involved me pretty much through every decision. So nothing but great, great, glowing reviews for Dr. Patterson.

I gave the recommendation question a 5 because it is extremely hard to get an appointment here, even with a different provider from the practice. If you need an appointment for a sickness, you probably won't be able to get one for at least a couple of weeks and the advice will be to go to Urgent Care. Not having Saturday hours contributes to the lack of available appointments. It's too bad. I really like my provider, but if I can't see her when I need to, that doesn't matter.

The Pennsauken office was under construction and my appointment was rescheduled in Camden. Everyone was polite, friendly and attentive.

Once I got in there, the care was good. The problem that I was having is whenever I called there, I could never get anybody on the phone. I tried to contact my doctor through my chart and I never got a response back. I called the office twice and left a message and never got a call back. And then I finally had to go up there. It took me twice because I went once, you were already closed. I went on a Saturday. I didn't know you were closed. Finally, I had to go up there on a Monday morning and had to actually pay the co-pay to see a doctor in order to get my prescription called over to the pharmacy. So that's my only beef. But once I saw the doctor, she was great. You know what I mean? So in that respect, I would recommend somebody. But as far as getting in touch with anybody and having somebody call me back, you know, prior to that, forget it.

I brought my daughter along with me on March 5th because there were a few concerns at the front desk at my last visit. I felt more comfortable doing this after my last experience. Their behavior was not the best when I arrived. There was one person behind the front desk at that appointment this visit there were 3. I was asked a question and I didn't appreciate their tone of voice so I felt I responded the same way in response and I am not normally like this at a Dr appointment this was a first. I treat people how they treat me. I have been ill for 3 weeks and wasn't feeling well when I went for my Dr appointment. Some employees at the front desk could use lessons with with proper etiquette at the front desk. I was satisfied with Dr Patterson at this appointment.

I love my Doctor. I wouldn't give her up for anything in this world she's amazing! The only issue I have is getting an appointment. From now on as she said I will message her directly. Waiting 6 to 8 months for an appointment is ridiculously if you need to see them now, especially if it a female problem & the only other course is to see a male doctor in her stead. Not happy! I have a very good repor with Dr Patterson & only her. I have mental issues so it's hard for me to switch doctors or to get one I connect with as I do her.

I would refer Dr. Patterson to anyone who needs a primary physician. She is by far the most amazing attentive, compassionate, caring doctor I've ever had. She took time to listen to the issues I was having, and she did not rush me in and out of the examination room she really takes the time to get to know her patience and is always there when you need them.
