Dr. Letteriello is great on level of practice! As I approach retirement and think about whether I will continue to receive care in the Albany area, being able to keep her as my PCP is an crucial consideration for me.

If i really need to see her, she always manages to find time for me. The very first appointment I had with her was amazing. When I scheduled the appointment, I told her that my previous doctor didn't listen to me. So she scheduled me as her last appointment, and when I told her my issues, she listened, and kept asking me "Anything else?" That caused me to remember other issues I hadn't had on my mind. Then she remembered them!
