I had an incredibly positive experience with Hackensack Meridian Health. My doctors were exceptional, compassionate, attentive and truly invested in my care. I also want to recognize everyone else who supported me along the way. From the nurses to the administrative staff, every interaction was kind, respectful and reassuring. I always felt heard, cared for and supported.

I have always had an excellent experience with Dr. Dena Arumugam. The office staff is friendly, efficient, they know what they're doing, they're always willing and able to help me. I have called with questions about the medication I've taken, and they always are very conscientious about getting me the accurate information. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dena Arumugam. I have referred many people to her. She is fantastic, knowledgeable, and just honestly, the best. So I have only good things to say about this office, and especially about Dr. Dena Dena Arumugam.

Dr Arumugam was a breath of fresh air. She was kind, she listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and offered a plan that we both agreed upon. I am very pleased to be under her care.

Overall, I didn't feel rushed during my visit. There's definitely an art to moving quickly without making it obvious. However, the PA came across as curt, and the PCT didn't really communicate at all. The MD seemed to make an effort to understand my perspective, but I'm not sure she fully grasped it.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Arumugam. She's been an amazing, amazing addition to my healthcare team. She listens, she's patient, she's just absolutely wonderful. The office is always clean, and everybody there is very concerned that you're okay. I love the front desk reception area, and everything else is fabulous, absolutely fabulous, and I would recommend her highly.
