Oh Lordy!! Not enough space here to praise Dr. Baykal’s ability to diagnose and remediate:treat our heart issues. All the while being patient answering all my questions and concerns! Again, Piedmont is lucky to have Dr.Baykal on their team. PS.Again!! Do not burn out our Drs./staff at Piedmont . A 1/2 day on Fridays (which a LOT of offices are going to!) may result in even better service, morale and an appreciation towards the company. ) BTW…morale /service is excellent..let’s keep it that way!

I have been Dr Baykal's patient for fourteen years. His level of expertise is at the highest, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He listens intently to your questions and concerns, and takes the time to answer them clearly and patiently. He reassures you but also tells you the exact truth about the evolution of your condition. He shows genuine empathy and understanding. He always explains his choice of medicine. Dr Baykal is one of these rare doctors who make you feel better just by seeing them. No matter what happens in the coming years (traveling, moving...) I will always come back to him as the one and only cardiologist I want in charge of my heart.
