Did not introduce herself upon entering room, did not have a laptop for charting and was not wearing a badge. I was not sure who she was when she came through the door until she started speaking then I realized she was the provider.

She looked at my son's ankle for a millisecond and sent us to the ER where they did an xray but said we had to wait until immediate care opens back up for results since they didn't see him.

She was rude and acted like I was faking, if she had looked at my leg and saw how swollen and bruised it was she would have known. She never even looked at it

Everybody was sure nice and caring, the Doctor she was nice explained everything I needed to do ,and not do, you could tell she really cared about the patients she sees.
