Dr. DeLozier and staff were fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and beyond helpful. Probably the best visit to a primary care office that I've ever had.

Morgan made me feel heard and didn't judge or tried to rush was very professional very first doctor I can say that made me comfortable and actually listens.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Deloizer took the time to listen to everything that was going on with me, and getting me set up with specialist that I needed and she didn’t rush me, or try talking over me, she genuinely cared. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Absolutely nothing, Dr Deloizer was amazing! The best most caring Dr I have had in a long time.

Dr. Delozier was fabulous. This was my first appointment, I changed PCP providers due to several terrible experiences with a very unprofessional doctor. I have been an RN since 1977, in practice full-time for 44 years & now retired. Dr. Delozier is a fine example of a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.

Dr. Delozier did not rush through my appointment. I had a list of concerns, and she patiently addressed each one. I appreciate her for listening and advising with patience and thoroughness prior to my physical examination.

This was the my first time seeing Morgan Delozier she was awesome. She explained what was happening and gave me instructions and information about what was happening. I really liked her and she is going to be an asset to the team.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Delozier listens and spend the time needed with me. She shows interest and care for me and what I am there for. She has offered wonderful advise for helping me get to where I want to be with my health. I am happy she came to the Prato e and I was able to get in with her. I feel I have an amazing Dr. and am in great hands. Brings me comfort and peace of mind.

Dr. DeLozier asked relevant questions, seemed interested in me as a person and did not make me feel bad about my body or health. She offered insight and great advice.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Delozier was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Her review of my lab tests results were quicker than any other time I had them done since I became a patient with this office over 15 years ago.

Coffee and snacks in the waiting room? Just kidding, service was phenomenal.

Dr Delozier is an absolute delight of a person. I am so happy she joined the BJC group. I have no doubt she truly cares for each patient as if they were part of her family. Nice job getting this one BJC!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr DeLozier provided me with such excellent care. She really took the time listening to my issues and stress related to a recent heart scan. Additionally she provided immediate follow up after my blood results - same day! I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor. Dr DeLozier is an excellent representative of BJC.

No improvement needed. Excellent care by all staff.
