I waited over a month for appointment and now have to wait another month and a half to be treated. Not happy. My back pain was not addressed and now I’m suffering and need to travel the end of the month.

Dr. Troy is spectacular! But the only thing she still doesn't seem to understand is my level of pain, and need of actual pain meds. Enough to last more than 1 weeks at a time. I know the FDA has her hands somewhat tied, but there must be a way to get refills without waiting 2-3 weeks .

Only problem I had is- I came to Dr Troy she sent me to get an mri . After that I was to make another appointment. When I called back to schedule, I was very disappointed that I had to wait a month for a visit. When I came for that visit-, it turned out that it wasn’t necessary as an epidural should have been scheduled. So I had to return a week later… which was this appointment.

I'm hoping Dr Troy will be the one to fix my pain issue. So far she is wonderful! I know her hands are tied by the FDA or some other Federal Dept. On prescribing actual painkillers....not just huge doses of thing that might work for mild pain. But she at least tries to address my need for pain relief....not just trying to dump NSAIDS that don't work on intense pain. She is careful, but I miss the days of more than a tiny prescription amount, when you need more.....she is very careful and that's great....but insurance covers my prescriptions....it would be better to get more, so I don't run out when she and her team is gone....for a week. It was a LONG week/ten days.
