She is the epitome of a physician. She is friendly, courteous, respectful, anticipates potential issues and devises solutions, listens, keeps me informed and has compassion and understanding that some procedures are scary and painful, and does everything within her power to reduce those issues.

She has been very attentive and thorough with my issues, and has followed a treatment protocol that made sense to me. My recent treatment (a spinal injection) made me a bit nervous, but Dr. Troy and her staff took my concerns seriously and the procedure went very smoothly.

Dr Troy truly listens and takes the time to understand concerns, which immediately puts me at ease. She is personable, friendly, and explains things in a way that makes me feel confident in her care. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t rush, she follows through to the very end of the appointment to make sure everything is addressed and that I’m comfortable moving forward. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and I feel fortunate to have her as my orthopedic doctor.

The only problem I had with my visit was that I had to wait too long in the waiting room. After I got into the patient room, I had to wait around 25 minutes more.

Excellent physician, exemplifying all the traits one seeks in a physician. She was friendly, personable, took all the time necessary to gather all relevant medical facts, empathized, extremely knowledgeable, caring, courteous, extremely skilled, and treated her patient as a whole individual with feelings and fears, which she acknowledged, and navigated to the patient's best outcome.
