Dr. Della Santina listened, was responsive and empathetic. He explained everything well and in laymen's terms. He was honest about my hearing loss and what he recommended for my treatment. He felt I was a candidate for a cochlear implant. I entered the appointment not in favor of it but walked away seriously considering it.

The other health care providers [staff] and [staff] were also very friendly, and excellent in their fields of testing and counseling.
