I love my Hazel Dell Care Team; especially Dr. De Lee. He was recommended by the person who signed me up for Medicare a few years back. I have since recommended him and his staff to anyone who happens to need a doctor recommendation.

Riverview/Parkview. Get your computer systems coordinated with Ascension portal. This pertains to your use of ascension cardiologists. I have to go onto the Ascension portal to get my information. I would like this to be on My Chart and not have to go to a separate portal.

Dr. DeLee and his staff are pretty much all awesome! I’ve never felt dismissed, they’ve always listened, are engaged, polite and knowledgeable. If I were to reach out through my chart, I almost always receive a same-day response. My health status has been challenging , however, Dr. DeLee is always optimistic and he always does what he says he’s going to do…. I value the entire Hazel Dell Family Clinic Team! If only RV Noblesville Hospital were in the same league. Makes me incredibly sad that I do not feel safe going there. Isn’t that the most important element of healthcare, ie. TRUST?!THANK GOD FOR TEAM DR. DELEE!
