Had a wonderful experience. They were very helpful and so kind. Spent a lot of time with me and really made me feel like they cared about me and my specific needs.

I was abandoned in the waiting room for two hours. I saw my doctor an hour and a half after my appointment time, with no explanation.

Every person I interacted with has been a pleasure. From scheduling the appointment with Temple to checking in and the nurses aid and her trainee that got me set, Erica and her trainee took my blood and Dr. Gunn and her resident shadow. Every team member was friendly, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. It was evident that the goals of a teaching hospital extend beyond the medical students and there is a strong culture of teaching. Everyone is fantastic, thank you all!

Love Dr. Gunn and all the nurses there. Many of them have become great friends of mine. Love going to see everybody.
