Dr. Defrain is an exceptional doctor. He took time to explain the situation in terms that were easy to understand. He is very courteous and easy to talk to. He also explained that we did not have to worry about the future of the condition as it is not life threatening. This was immensely important. We felt very relieved. We thank him for his courtesy and his explanations. We would definitely recommend him.

Dr.DeFrain was excellent. He took plenty of time explaining my condition and answered all of my questions. I had a little bit of a wait to see him. It sounded like he had an emergency surgery. He apologized both at the beginning and end of my visit for the delay. When have you had a doctor apologize for a wait?

I went in thinking I was going to die. The staff was so thoughtful and caring. When I met Dr.Michael De Frain I knew I was going to be OK. He reassured me that I wasn't going to die from surgery. For the first time in 2 months I felt as if a weight was lifted off my [ ]. I now have hope thanks to the Dr. & his staff. Most of all, I thank God for sending me to them. God Bless you all.

Coming from Charlotte county healthcare system it was an eye-opener it's a pleasure being in the Lee health Care system I love that Dr defrain and his associates communicate and coordinate the testing that is involved in my particular situation I wish the whole health Care system would emulate the system that Lee health has created

Dr Defrain was one of the best doctors I have ever had. Kind, compassionate and honest. He had never seen my particular condition before and was open with me about that. He was unable to help me with my problem but he went out of his way to help me find another doctor that may be able to help me. Everyone in this office was outstanding. From the lady that checked me in, the medical assistant and the PA who all genuinely not only did their job so well but actually seemed to care. Impressive!!

The entire team worked well together and made me feel comfortable during the entire visit. I am very pleased with Dr. DeFrain. Hopefully I will not need [ ] but if I do, I would be very comfortable under his care.

Dr Defrain and his staff were, all highly professional, thorough, patient, informative and friendly. All my questions, which were numerous,, we're answered to my satisfaction. Never once, during my appointment, did I feel rushed or not listened to. Dr Defrain explained the procedure and process, including risks and benefits. He set my mind at ease and reinforced my confidence and decision in having the procedure. Thank you
