Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Defoe always greets me with such a pleasant and calming manner. He asks questions, answers my questions/concerns with detail and clarity and I always leave with reassurance that my best interest and health are his greatest concerns. He always welcomes my input. I feel so blessed to have him and staff as my primary care health team. I always leave the office knowing that my health care is of utmost importance and the best treatment is top priority.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There’s nothing more could’ve been done to improve my visit.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Defoe provided excellent care! He is very patient, listened to my concerns and answered each of my questions thoroughly. He responded clearly and concisely and together we formed next steps in my care. As well, the nursing assistant was very professional and thorough. I sincerely appreciate the practices and procedures in place to address the overall patient experience !

The entire visit was absolutely excellent!! Dr. Defoe and his nurse took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and they had great solutions. It was one of the best doctors visits of have had!

As always Dr DeFoe listened carefully to my needs and concerns to understand exactly what I was experiencing. He immediately addressed each concern and provided care and instructions to resolve such. As a result of his actions in my mind I was 100% Satisfied with this visit. This is an extraordinary Center!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
While there is always room for improvement with everything and everyone, at this time I really don’t have and suggestions for improvement in this visit

his nurse and Dr. DeFoe both are amazing. they make u feel that you r the only patient there. they r both the most caring people I have met. I don’t feel nervous asking questions. I’m so thankful I have Dr. DeFoe

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This last visit was the best organized medicine has to offer, combining efficiency, technology, and personal involvement. Jeremy gave me help for my top concerns and really good insight on other issues handled by other specialist. I felt in this visit that he was what a primary care doc is supposed to be. Time before he was running behind and frustrated. This time I realized why I go to him, and why his staff loves working for him. Great visit!

Honestly nothing. This was in my mind the model for how organized medicine should look.

Dr DeFoe and his staff did an amazing job. They took their time with my visit (annual physical ) answered all my questions, went over medications and gave some good advise. I like my doctors office.

My Doctor Defoe and his assistant are truly caring individuals. I would not trade them for anyone else. They understand I’m a medical employee and have limited time. This they get back to me very quickly if I call about anything.they get back with me very fast. Truly caring people. I’m so blessed to have them. I was impressed with the better lighting .

Honestly nothing. Everyone was gracious and professional but also personal. Dr Defoe spent plenty of time with me even though it was routine visit and was engaged in making sure I had the highest quality of life as I age

Care received is always exceptional not only for myself but my entire family. Dr. Defoe is thorough, excellent job explaining things clearly, and prioritizing what’s most important . I also want to say thank you to the entire team they are very professional and dedicated.
