I am so grateful to have dr Defoe as my physician. He always looks me in the eye when explaining things to me HE EXPLAINED THINGS that I can do to deal with problems. He never makes I ight of what I ask or say. He does great things to keep me going. Many thanks!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Defoe is always excellent. His bedside manner is very pleasant. He’s genuinely concerned about his patients. I have recommended him to several of my colleagues.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Defoe always makes me feel better about my issues. He includes me on decisions to make sure I am comfortable with potential costs and/or medications. While sitting in the waiting area I struck conversations with other patients of Dr. Defoe and we all feel the same way about him. The time he spends with you and his bedside manner is great. We need more doctors like him.

Dr DeFoe has excellent listening skills and he focuses on you and your description of what is going on with your health. His knowledge and experience along with being very personable make him a great primary care physician.

With Dr Defoe and medical assistant, I feel assured that I am in good hands. Im also amazed at how they know what Ive been up to heath wise. It’s because they thoroughly review my chart carefully. I pray they NEVER go elsewhere.

Dr. Defoe always greets me with such a pleasant and calming manner. He asks questions, answers my questions/concerns with detail and clarity and I always leave with reassurance that my best interest and health are his greatest concerns. He always welcomes my input. I feel so blessed to have him and staff as my primary care health team. I always leave the office knowing that my health care is of utmost importance and the best treatment is top priority.

Dr. Defoe provided excellent care! He is very patient, listened to my concerns and answered each of my questions thoroughly. He responded clearly and concisely and together we formed next steps in my care. As well, the nursing assistant was very professional and thorough. I sincerely appreciate the practices and procedures in place to address the overall patient experience !

The entire visit was absolutely excellent!! Dr. Defoe and his nurse took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and they had great solutions. It was one of the best doctors visits of have had!

As always Dr DeFoe listened carefully to my needs and concerns to understand exactly what I was experiencing. He immediately addressed each concern and provided care and instructions to resolve such. As a result of his actions in my mind I was 100% Satisfied with this visit. This is an extraordinary Center!

While there is always room for improvement with everything and everyone, at this time I really don’t have and suggestions for improvement in this visit
